Starting September 10, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce is spearheading the 2026 Caiyun auto aftermarket consumer voucher initiative, which will run through November 30. The program operates entirely via the JD.com app, with consumers completing voucher collection, product selection, payment, and redemption all online. Vouchers are available to domestic consumers, who must complete real-name verification on the platform at the time of claiming.

The participating merchants are businesses and individual industrial and commercial households registered in Yunnan Province that sell auto aftermarket goods on JD.com. The vouchers apply to six product categories: in-car electronics, including refrigerators, audio systems, navigation, and imaging devices; auto repair and maintenance supplies, such as tires and motor oil; auto beauty and cleaning items, including windshield fluid and car wash clay; auto decoration products, such as protective panels, floor mats, seat covers, film, and car covers; auto safety equipment, including tire locks and safety hammers; and car safety seats.

During the campaign, four voucher denominations—30 yuan off purchases of 300 yuan, 80 yuan off purchases of 500 yuan, 200 yuan off purchases of 1,000 yuan, and 450 yuan off purchases of 2,000 yuan—will be released daily at 10 a.m. on the JD app, available on a first-come, first-served basis until depleted. Each consumer can claim up to five vouchers per denomination cumulatively. To access the vouchers, consumers can open the JD app and search for keywords like "Caiyun auto aftermarket consumer voucher" to enter the collection page.

Each voucher is valid only on the day of issuance, and any unredeemed amounts automatically return to the funding pool for reuse. Vouchers can be combined with platform coupons and merchant coupons, with a limit of one voucher per order. Redemption is restricted exclusively to the six specified product categories, and merchants are required to issue electronic invoices to consumers. During the activity period, each consumer may redeem only one voucher per denomination, including cases of order cancellation.

For policy inquiries, contact the Provincial Department of Commerce at 0871-63210036; for service platform assistance, reach out to JD at 950618; and for local consultations, the contact numbers for the commerce bureaus of each prefecture and city are listed in the activity notice. The policy is subject to interpretation by the Provincial Department of Commerce, and any adjustments will follow the latest announcements.
