Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures reveal that on September 16, Dong Qingbo increased his stake in Xinyi Glass (00868) by acquiring 1.204 million shares at an average price of HK$8.4458 per share, bringing the total transaction value to roughly HK$10.17 million.
Following this acquisition, Dong Qingbo's latest shareholding stands at approximately 415 million shares, representing a 9.37% ownership stake in the company.
