Success Universe Group Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, a circular containing the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the corresponding form of proxy are now available to shareholders. The documents can be accessed in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.successug.com) and the HKEX “HKEXnews” platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Yeung Hoi Sing, Sonny, is encouraging shareholders to prioritise the online versions of all current and future corporate communications to enhance efficiency and reduce paper usage. Shareholders who have previously opted for printed copies will find them enclosed with the notification.

For investors who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents—or who prefer hard copies—Success Universe offers complimentary printed sets upon request. Holders should complete the enclosed reply form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via the prepaid mailing label or by emailing 487-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Those who have not supplied one, or who need to update their details, are urged to do so using the reply form. Until a functional email address is on record, the company will deliver notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications in printed form.
