Hong Kong-listed Eternal Beauty Holdings Limited reported significant strides in meeting the Stock Exchange’s resumption conditions while simultaneously expanding its fragrance ecosystem and achieving notable sales gains.
Resumption progress • The Independent Committee has completed two rounds of responses on Acclime’s forensic report; a further-revised draft is being finalised for the Stock Exchange. • A separate Acclime internal control report has also been revised following regulator enquiries and will be resubmitted shortly. • Remaining milestones include delivery of both revised reports, resolution of any outstanding Stock Exchange queries, formal resumption application and associated announcements.
Operational highlights 1. Brand pipeline – Exclusive distribution agreements have been secured with L’ERBOLARIO, ANNICK GOUTAL, LONGCHAMP, Off-White, Marvin Labsolue and MINIMA, deepening the Group’s coverage in perfumes, skincare, home fragrance and eyewear across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.
2. Perfume Box performance – Store network: 12 outlets nationwide after a new opening in Beijing Joy City. – June–August 2026 sales at brick-and-mortar stores rose 47% versus March–May 2026, while average ticket size increased 24%. – Tmall flagship sales grew more than 29% year-on-year, maintaining the No.1 ranking among multi-brand fragrance stores on Taobao/Tmall.
3. Santa Monica relaunch – Rebranded under the theme “Senses of Tomorrow” with upgraded visuals and fixtures. – Eyewear: signed an export deal with a Vietnamese distributor and secured naming rights for the 2026 Shanghai “Santa Monica Cup” Optometry Master Competition. – Fragrance line anchored by “ZEN OF TEA,” extending into home fragrance, personal care and gifting.
4. 2027 strategic roadmap – The Group’s ambition shifts from “China market leader” to “global fragrance ecosystem co-creator,” targeting value-chain participation beyond brand management. – The China Olfactory Ecosystem White Paper now examines industrial systems, consumer insights and cross-industry applications, underlining the Group’s ecosystem positioning. – An industry-academia agreement with Shanghai Institute of Technology establishes the Aromatic Materials Innovation Research Center to link fragrance science with health and emotional well-being.
5. Ferragamo fragrance campaign – May–August 2026 revenue surged 191.20% year-on-year; sales volume and retail sales value climbed 80.30% and 93.00% respectively. – Celebrity endorsement generated over 270 million online exposures, pushing Ferragamo to the top of Xiaohongshu search and Weibo’s Star Product Influence Chart on launch day.
6. AromeManpo roll-out – Following strategic investment, the brand opened a London pop-up at John Bell & Croyden and entered 51 Sephora stores in China, evidencing the Group’s cross-border channel leverage.
Trading status Eternal Beauty shares (stock code 06883) remain suspended since 17 March 2026 pending the Stock Exchange’s confirmation that all resumption guidance has been fulfilled. The Company will release further updates as required.
