Yee Hop Holdings Limited will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, 2 October 2026. To establish shareholder eligibility for attendance and voting rights, the company will close its Hong Kong register of members from Monday, 28 September 2026 to Friday, 2 October 2026, both dates inclusive.

Shareholders intending to participate must lodge transfer documents and the corresponding share certificates with the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 25 September 2026. The record date for determining voting eligibility is set for Friday, 2 October 2026.

A circular, notice of meeting and proxy form—detailing the EGM’s agenda, time, and venue—will be dispatched in accordance with the company’s articles of association, applicable laws and the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

As of the announcement date (14 September 2026), the Board comprises four Executive Directors (Chairman Jim Yin Kwan Jackin, Chui Mo Ming, Yan Chi Tat, and Leung Hung Kwong Derrick), one Non-executive Director (Lee Sze Wing Mabel), and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Lee Luk Shiu, Pang Chi Shing, and Wong Antony).
