WL Delicious Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Outlines Shareholder Communication Procedures

On 16 September 2026, WL Delicious Global Holdings Ltd announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.weilongshipin.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders may continue to receive all future corporate communications electronically via email. Those preferring printed copies of the current or any future communications must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by post to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 9985-ecom@vistra.com. All printed materials will be provided free of charge upon request.

Shareholders are responsible for supplying a functional email address. Until a valid address is provided, notices of publication and actionable communications will only be sent in printed form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services via telephone at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice, signed by Chairman Liu Weiping, reiterates that corporate communications include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms. Actionable communications are those requiring shareholder instructions on exercising rights or making elections.
