InvesTech Holdings Limited announced on 7 September 2026 that its Interim Report 2026 has been published in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.investech-holdings.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been sent only to shareholders who previously opted for physical delivery.

Effective immediately, the company is adopting a new policy of fully electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Hard copies will be provided solely upon individual request, and routine notifications of online publication will cease except for actionable communications that require shareholder instructions.

Shareholders may alter their preferred method of receipt at any time by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, either by post (no stamp required within Hong Kong) or by emailing a scanned copy to InvesTechHoldings.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

To stay informed of new postings, investors are advised to subscribe to the HKEX news alert service. Enquiries may be directed to the share registrar at the email address above.

The notice was issued by order of the Board, signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Chan Sek Keung, Ringo.
