Acrophyte Hospitality Trust said on Sep, 14 2026 that it has completed independent valuations for 26 U.S. properties held by its Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust and Acrophyte Hospitality Management Trust.

The assessments, carried out by Newmark Valuation & Advisory Services, placed an aggregate value of roughly US$550.7 million on the portfolio, which is made up of Hyatt-branded select-service hotels across 16 states. The individual assets range from the Hyatt House Boston Burlington in Massachusetts at US$40.0 million to the Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross Peachtree in Georgia at about US$7.52 million.

Valuation reports can be inspected by appointment at the Managers’ registered office in Singapore for three months starting from Sep, 14 2026.
