On September 16, 2026, 160 HEALTH (02656) announced that one of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with a limited liability company registered in Shenzhen, China.

The partner is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in enterprise-grade computing power infrastructure, offering equipment leasing and AI cloud computing services. With over a decade of operation, the partner has a registered capital exceeding RMB 100 million and has been recognized as a provincial-level specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise, as well as a municipal-level gazelle enterprise.

Under the preliminary terms of the agreement, the partner intends to procure a certain scale of enterprise-grade AI computing power infrastructure from 160 Network Technology, with an estimated total cooperation value of approximately RMB 650 million. The framework agreement is valid for one year, running from September 16, 2026, to September 15, 2027.

The board believes that signing this cooperation framework agreement will help the group accumulate large-scale delivery experience, laying a solid foundation for continuously providing integrated solutions to the healthcare industry and a broader customer base in the future. This move aligns with the group's long-term strategy of diversifying revenue streams and cultivating new business growth points.

The framework agreement has been established under normal commercial terms, which the board considers fair and reasonable, and is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders as a whole.
