Bama Tea Executes HKD 0.84 Million On-Market Buyback, Treasury Shares Rise to 938,200

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. announced that it repurchased 27,100 H shares on 14 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HKD 836,472. The repurchase was executed within a price range of HKD 29.80–31.50 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 30.87.

The transaction reduced the company’s outstanding H shares (excluding treasury stock) by 0.03% from 84.01 million to 83.98 million. Concurrently, treasury shares increased from 911,100 to 938,200, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

Since the repurchase mandate was approved on 21 April 2026, Bama Tea has bought back 938,200 shares, representing 1.77% of the share count in issue on the mandate date. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 5.30 million shares, leaving a remaining capacity of roughly 4.36 million shares under the current authority.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 14 October 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with applicable regulations and that all required filings have been completed.
