Truly Int’l Buys Back 1.00 Million Shares at HK$0.82; 2026 Mandate Utilisation Climbs to 44.92 Million

On 16 September 2026, Truly International Holdings Limited (Truly Int’l) repurchased 1.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$0.82 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.82 million.

The transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 2.92 billion shares, as the bought-back shares have not yet been cancelled. Including this latest trade, shares awaiting cancellation since 27 August 2026 amount to 12.42 million.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 12 May 2026, Truly Int’l is authorised to buy back up to 297.13 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 44.92 million shares, representing 1.51 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate approval date. The issuer is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues until 16 October 2026.

The company confirms all repurchases comply with Hong Kong listing rules and local regulatory requirements.
