Smart-Core Holdings Limited announced the release of its latest Interim Report, now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.smart-core.com.hk) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to non-registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials; additional copies will be supplied free of charge upon request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing reforms effective 31 December 2023 (Listing Rule 2.07A), Smart-Core has formally adopted an electronic-first approach for all future corporate communications. Both language versions of annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms will be provided solely through the company and HKEXnews websites unless shareholders specifically request physical copies.

Non-registered shareholders are urged to supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to receive electronic notifications when new corporate communications are posted online. Absent a valid email address, investors will need to monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites directly for updates.

Shareholders may alter their communication preferences at any time by submitting the enclosed Reply Form to the share registrar—either by mail (postage-paid in Hong Kong) or by emailing a scanned copy to smg@smart-core.com.hk. They may also elect to continue receiving printed materials by indicating this on the Reply Form or via email, stating their name and address.
