CR Construction secures HK$2.50 billion Tung Chung public housing contract

Hong Kong – 17 Aug 2026 – CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (CR Construction) reported that its wholly-owned unit, CR Construction Company Limited, has signed a letter of acceptance for a Hong Kong Housing Authority tender valued at approximately HK$2.50 billion.

The mandate appoints CR Construction as the main contractor for the core building works of a planned public-housing development in Tung Chung, New Territories. Project commencement is scheduled for early October 2026.

The board issued the update on a voluntary basis and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.
