FIH Mobile Executes HKD 1.00 Million Buyback; Treasury Stock Climbs to 4.91 Million Shares

FIH Mobile Limited disclosed that it repurchased 63,000 ordinary shares on 14 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions.

The buyback equates to 0.00804 % of the 783.60 million shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) before the transaction. Shares were repurchased within a price band of HKD 15.70 to HKD 16.00, at a volume-weighted average of HKD 15.94, for a total consideration of HKD 1.00 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stock decreased to 783.54 million, while treasury shares rose to 4.91 million. The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 788.45 million shares.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, FIH Mobile is authorised to buy back up to 78.27 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 2.24 million shares, representing 0.29 % of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving capacity for a further 76.04 million shares.

In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or disposals of treasury shares until 14 October 2026.
