160 Health International Limited (160 HEALTH) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen 160 Internet Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a one-year strategic cooperation framework agreement with an independent Shenzhen-based enterprise-grade computing power provider.

The partner—described as a national high-tech company with over RMB100 million in registered capital and more than a decade of operating history—has preliminarily agreed to purchase enterprise-grade AI computing power infrastructure valued at approximately RMB650.00 million. Final order size, pricing, and delivery schedules will be confirmed through individual purchase orders issued during the contract term of 16 September 2026 to 15 September 2027.

The framework agreement is non-binding and the RMB650.00 million figure is an indicative estimate; actual transaction volumes will depend on the partner’s demand, prevailing market prices, and the subsidiary’s supply capacity.

According to the board, the deal supports 160 HEALTH’s strategy to pair its “160 AI Hospital” solution with hardware and integrated debugging services, diversifying revenue streams and expanding its delivery capabilities in the healthcare and wellness sector.

Regulatory review confirms the arrangement does not constitute a notifiable or connected transaction under Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
