Pak Tak International Secures RMB279.00 million Loan Rights Transfer; Corporate Guarantees Fully Released, Clearing Path for Disposal Completion

Pak Tak International Limited (Pak Tak International) reported a significant breakthrough in its ongoing restructuring on 16 September 2026.

The Intermediate People’s Court of Shenzhen ruled that the enforcement right to indebtedness under the Group’s previous loan agreements—totalling RMB279.00 million, inclusive of accrued and default interest—has been lawfully assigned to Shenzhen Yunfeng Investment Co., Ltd. following two successive transfers from Hua Xia Bank (Shenzhen Branch) and China Cinda Asset Management (Shenzhen Branch).

Separately, Shenzhen Yunfeng issued an exemption letter in mid-September that unconditionally and irrevocably releases Pak Tak International from all corporate guarantee obligations linked to those loan agreements. The waiver covers the full principal, related interest, default charges and any enforcement costs, and Shenzhen Yunfeng has committed to withdraw all execution proceedings against the Company.

The unconditional release of guarantees satisfies a key condition precedent under Pak Tak International’s June 2026 sale-and-purchase agreement for the disposal of its target group. The Board confirmed that further announcements will be made regarding the completion timeline for the disposal and the formal withdrawal of court proceedings.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised by the Company to exercise caution when dealing in Pak Tak International shares until subsequent updates are issued.
