Mr. Liu Zhijian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, taking on the roles of Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
The appointment forms part of the company's ongoing governance enhancements as it strengthens its board oversight structure.
