ACME INTL HLDGS Appoints CFO Eugene Lam as Company Secretary After Yu Chim Shun’s Resignation

ACME INTL HLDGS has announced a leadership transition in its corporate governance team. Mr. Yu Chim Shun will step down as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, effective 27 July 2026, citing personal commitments. He confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Effective the same date, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Lam Yu Tin Eugene assumes the dual roles of Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Mr. Lam, who joined the Group in June 2024, brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and compliance. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. The Board confirmed that he meets the qualification requirements for company secretaries under Listing Rule 3.28.

The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Yu for his service and welcomed Mr. Lam to his new positions. As of 27 July 2026, the Board comprises six directors: Executive Directors Mr. Kwan Kam Tim, Mr. Yip Wing Shing and Mr. Zhang Guangying, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Prof. Hon. Lau Chi Pang, BBS, J.P., Mr. Chin Wai Keung Richard and Prof. Mo Lai Lan.
