EVEREST MED's Principal Shareholder Fu Wei Increases Stake by 679,000 Shares

EVEREST MED (HKEX: 01952) has announced that the company's board of directors was informed by Mr. Fu Wei, a non-executive director, honorary chairman of the board, and a principal shareholder, of a recent share purchase.

Between June 8, 2026, and June 9, 2026, C-Bridge Capital, acting as a principal shareholder, acquired 679,000 ordinary shares of the company in the open market.

The total consideration for this transaction was approximately HK$18.9 million, resulting in an average price of about HK$27.90 per share.

According to statements from Mr. Fu Wei and C-Bridge Capital, the purchase was executed through on-market acquisitions and reflects their strong confidence in the company's future prospects and long-term development.

Subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, Mr. Fu Wei and C-Bridge Capital have indicated that they do not rule out the possibility of further increasing their stake in the company at an appropriate time in the future.
