Lygend Resources Sets A-Share IPO Terms: RMB21.23 Offer Price, 172.89 Million New Shares

Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. has finalised the key parameters for its forthcoming A-share listing on the Main Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Following a preliminary price consultation completed on 15 September 2026, the company will issue 172.89 million new A-shares at RMB 21.23 per share.

The pricing process was conducted in conjunction with the underwriter and incorporated factors such as investors’ subscription indications, peer valuation benchmarks, prevailing market conditions and the company’s own fundamentals. At the announced offer price, the transaction is expected to raise approximately RMB 3.67 billion.

Lygend Resources has stated that further details can be found in the Chinese-language A-share prospectus published on 10 September 2026 and subsequent disclosures on the websites of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, HKEXnews and the company.

The company will release additional announcements should there be any material updates related to the A-share offering, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules and other applicable regulations.
