Greentown Service buys back 222,000 shares for HKD 0.94 million, trimming free float by 0.007 %

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. (Greentown Service) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 222,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 via on-market transactions. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 4.205 to HKD 4.240, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 4.2194 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.94 million.

The repurchase reduced the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 3.11528 billion to 3.11506 billion, a marginal contraction of 0.0071 %. Treasury shares increased to 41.64 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.15671 billion shares.

The transaction forms part of the buy-back mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Greentown Service has bought back 19.12 million shares under this mandate, equating to 0.6105 % of the share base at the time of authorisation.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 10 October 2026.
