Everest Medicines: Director Wei Fu Acquires HK$20.70 Million in Additional Shares

Everest Medicines Limited reported that Non-executive Director, honorary chairman and substantial shareholder Wei Fu expanded his stake in the company on 14 May 2026. Acting through a controlled entity, Mr. Fu purchased 660,000 ordinary shares on the open market for a total consideration of approximately HK$20.70 million, translating to an average price of HK$31.25 per share.

According to the filing, the acquisition reflects Mr. Fu’s confidence in Everest Medicines’ long-term development. He indicated the possibility of further purchases, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.

The board of Everest Medicines cautioned shareholders and prospective investors to exercise care when dealing in the company’s securities.
