Huajin International Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, representing HK$80.00 million in registered capital. • Issued share capital also held steady at 600.00 million shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month. • The company held no treasury shares at either the beginning or end of July.

Public-Float Compliance Huajin Intl reaffirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold as at 31 July 2026.

Share Option Position • One active option scheme dated 2 June 2021 carries an exercise price of HK$2.75 per share. • Outstanding options total 7.58 million, unchanged month-on-month. • If fully exercised, these options could result in the issuance of up to 27.15 million shares, equating to a potential 4.53% dilution against current issued share capital.

Other Equity Instruments The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements during the period.

Reporting and Governance The return, submitted on 3 August 2026 and signed by Director Xu Songqing, confirms that all regulatory, legal and listing-rule obligations have been met.
