REM Group (Holdings) Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged and that the company continued to meet Hong Kong Exchange public-float requirements.

Authorised share capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital was steady at 1.80 billion shares, and the company held no treasury shares during the month.

The filing reports no share repurchases, cancellations, or new issues across all instruments, including share options, warrants and convertibles. The approved 2018 Share Option Scheme still allows the future issue of up to 180.00 million shares, though no options were outstanding or exercised in July.

REM Group confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 percent public-float threshold, fulfilling Main Board Rule 13.32D(1). The monthly return was authorised by Company Secretary Yip Chi Fai and filed on 3 August 2026.
