CT Vision Reports Stable Share Capital and Compliance with Public Float for April 2026

CT Vision (International) Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at HKD 15.60 million, representing 1.56 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each. Issued share capital was stable at 1.11 billion ordinary shares, and no treasury shares were held.

CT Vision confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 23 June 2017, 50.00 million options were outstanding at both the beginning and end of April, with no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred. A further 50.00 million shares could still be issued upon exercise of existing options, while an additional 1.20 million shares could be issued if all remaining options allowable under the scheme are granted.

No movements were recorded for warrants, convertibles, or other share-related arrangements during the month.
