On September 15, Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Limited (the "Bank") announced that it will distribute dividends on its "ICBC Preferred 2" shares on September 24, 2026. Based on the coupon rate of 3.02%, the Bank will pay a cash dividend of RMB 3.02 per share (inclusive of tax).
The total dividend payout for this distribution is expected to amount to RMB 2.114 billion (inclusive of tax), according to the official filing.
