Within the Hang Seng Tech Index, ILUVATAR COREX (09903) gained 1.78%, TENCENT (00700) advanced 1.34%, and BABA-W (09988) rose 1.28% to lead the winners. TRIP.COM-S (09961) again recorded the largest drop, falling 1.57%.

In other market movements, TRANSWARP (06727) began trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today, opening at HK$49—unchanged from its offer price—before dipping below that level shortly after the market opened.

Sector performance showed pharmaceutical stocks broadly strengthening, while memory and semiconductor shares were active at the open. Gold-related equities eased slightly, Chinese brokerage stocks mostly declined, and internet technology names were mixed.

On the macro front, U.S. stock benchmarks finished Friday's session with mixed results, though memory chip stocks posted solid gains.
