China Suntien Postpones Dispatch of Circular on New Financial Services Framework Agreement

China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited announced a delay in sending out the shareholder circular related to its New Financial Services Framework Agreement, which covers continuing connected transactions and a disclosable transaction.

The circular—originally scheduled for release within 15 business days of the 25 August 2026 announcement, or by 15 September 2026—is now expected to be dispatched no later than 30 September 2026. Management cited the need for additional time to finalize certain information required in the document.

According to the company, the forthcoming circular will include: • Full details of the New Financial Services Framework Agreement. • A recommendation from the Independent Board Committee to the Independent Shareholders regarding the Deposit Service, including the proposed maximum daily deposit balance. • An independent financial adviser’s letter from Gram Capital addressing the same Deposit Service. • A notice convening an extraordinary general meeting.

The postponement was disclosed in an announcement dated 15 September 2026 and signed by Executive Director and President Mr. Tan Jian Xin.

As of the announcement date, China Suntien’s board comprises six non-executive directors, one executive director, and four independent non-executive directors.
