On 16 September 2026, Bank of Zhengzhou (H-share code 6196) notified its non-registered shareholders that it has formally adopted electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing framework effective since 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents such as annual and interim reports, directors’ reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms will be accessible exclusively on the Bank’s website (www.zzbank.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Shareholders holding H-shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are required to provide their email addresses to these intermediaries to ensure receipt of electronic notifications when new documents are published.

Investors who prefer hard-copy materials can request them at no charge by completing and returning a reply form to the Bank’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by emailing BankofZhengzhou.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their contact details and the specific request.

The Bank reiterated that it is not an authorized institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and therefore does not conduct banking or deposit-taking business within Hong Kong.
