To mitigate the impact of rising international oil prices on the domestic market, the state continues to take regulatory measures on refined oil prices.
According to calculations based on the current pricing mechanism, starting from midnight on September 24, the prices of domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) should have been raised by 830 yuan and 800 yuan per ton respectively, but after regulation, the actual increases are 395 yuan and 385 yuan.
PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, and other crude oil processing enterprises must organize the production and transportation of refined oil products well, ensure stable market supply, and strictly implement national price policies.
Relevant departments in various regions should intensify market supervision and inspection, severely crack down on acts of not implementing national price policies, and maintain normal market order.

On September 24, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the Jiangsu Province Refined Oil Price Adjustment Announcement (2026 No. 18): Based on the domestic refined oil price adjustment information published by the National Development and Reform Commission, the maximum retail and wholesale prices of gasoline and diesel in our province are hereby announced, effective from midnight on September 24, 2026.
