HUAJIN INTL (02738) has announced that Mr. Au Kai Yuen has resigned as an independent non-executive director and from all other positions held within the company, citing personal reasons. The resignation takes effect from August 22, 2026.
Consequently, Mr. Au has also ceased to serve as a member of the company's audit committee, nomination committee, and compliance committee, as well as the chairman of the remuneration committee.
The company's announcement confirms that these changes align with the director's personal commitments and will be implemented on the specified effective date.
