Hong Kong—15 September 2026—Want Want China Holdings Limited reported no change in its issued share capital, which remained at 11.73 billion ordinary shares as of 15 September 2026. However, the company continued to execute share repurchases under its mandate approved on 25 August 2026.

Key disclosures:

• Repurchase on 15 September 2026: 3.03 million shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.795 to HKD 2.840, for a total consideration of HKD 8.54 million.

• Un-cancelled buybacks from 26 August to 15 September 2026: 41.94 million shares have been repurchased for cancellation but were still outstanding as of the reporting date. When cancelled, these shares will trim the share count by approximately 0.36 %.

• Cumulative repurchases under the current mandate: 45.14 million shares, representing 0.38 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date, have been bought for a total outlay that includes the latest transaction.
