YSB Maintains Share Capital, Repurchases 197,800 Shares on 16 September 2026

YSB Inc. (incorporated in the Cayman Islands; listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) disclosed that its issued share capital stood unchanged at 692.49 million ordinary shares as of 16 September 2026, with no treasury shares on hand.

On 16 September 2026 the company bought back 197,800 shares on the Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.33 and HKD 3.46, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.67 million. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this transaction, YSB has repurchased 2.19 million shares under the buy-back mandate approved on 21 May 2026, representing 0.32 % of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date. The current mandate permits repurchases of up to 68.81 million shares; utilisation therefore stands at 3.18 %.

Across the 2025-2026 period, 4.14 million shares have been repurchased for cancellation but have not yet been removed from the share register, equal to approximately 0.60 % of the outstanding shares.

Under listing rules, YSB is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 October 2026.
