Goldstone Cap Releases Circular and Announces 20 Nov 2026 Special General Meeting

Goldstone Capital Group Limited (“Goldstone Cap”), incorporated in Bermuda, has posted new shareholder materials in both English and Chinese on 10 September 2026. The documents—comprising a circular and the notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled for 20 November 2026, together with the related proxy form—are now accessible on the company’s website (https://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/goldstone) and on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s website (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders can opt to receive future corporate-communication alerts via email by completing and returning the provided Reply Form to Union Registrars Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, or by emailing 1160-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Requests for printed copies of corporate communications remain available at no charge upon written application.

Any existing written request to receive printed communications will lapse 12 months after the Hong Kong share registrar’s receipt unless renewed. Shareholders with enquiries may contact Union Registrars Limited at +852 2849 3399 during business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was issued by order of the board and signed by Chairman Jin Qingjun. Goldstone Cap has reminded investors that personal data provided in connection with communication preferences will be handled in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
