Singapore's Temasek Trims Stake in SANY Heavy Machinery, Unloading Nearly 600,000 Shares

Hong Kong stock exchange disclosures show that on September 11, Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited reduced its position in SANY HEAVY IND (06031) by 594,200 shares. The sale was executed at an average price of HKD 20.1204 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 11.9555 million.

Following this latest disposal, Temasek's remaining stake in the company stands at roughly 50.3083 million shares, which corresponds to a holding ratio of 6.98% of the total issued share capital.

This move by the Singaporean state-owned investment firm marks another adjustment in its portfolio allocation within the heavy machinery sector, as investors closely monitor insider trading patterns for signals about future price direction.
