Smart-Core Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 02166), announced on 17 September 2026 that its latest Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Company’s website (www.smart-core.com.hk).
Key points
1. Release of Interim Report • The Interim Report, referred to as the “Current Corporate Communication,” can be accessed and downloaded from the two designated websites. • Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive the printed version in their selected language. • Shareholders encountering difficulties accessing the online report may request a free printed copy from Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (“Share Registrar”) by post or via email at smg@smart-core.com.hk.
2. Transition to Paperless Communication • In line with the revised HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, effective 31 December 2023, SMART-CORE is adopting electronic dissemination as its default mode for all future corporate communications. • Both English and Chinese versions of annual reports, interim reports, circulars, meeting notices, and other shareholder documents will be posted online, replacing routine paper distribution.
3. Shareholder Action Required • Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the Share Registrar. • Those who do not submit a functional email address must monitor the Company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates; they will continue to receive Actionable Corporate Communications (materials requiring shareholder instructions) in printed form. • Shareholders preferring ongoing printed copies of all communications may request them in writing; such requests remain effective until the end of each financial year unless revoked or superseded.
4. Contact Information • Written requests for printed copies or updates to contact details should be sent to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or by email to smg@smart-core.com.hk. • Queries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to the same email address.
Board endorsement Chairman and Executive Director Mr Tian Weidong signed off the notice on behalf of the Board, underscoring SMART-CORE’s commitment to enhanced shareholder communication and alignment with HKEX’s paperless initiatives.
