Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (Beijing Enterprises Water) released details of its interim dividend for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. Shareholders will receive HK$0.0554 per share, with the option to elect payment in Renminbi instead of Hong Kong dollars.

The RMB election will be executed at a fixed exchange rate of HK$1.00 = RMB 0.865146. Except for HKSCC Nominees Limited, which may opt for a partial conversion, all other registered shareholders must choose either full RMB or full HKD settlement.

Key dates are as follows: • Record date: Thursday, 10 September 2026. • Election deadline: 4:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on Monday, 5 October 2026. Completed election forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. • Contingency: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or officially announced “extreme conditions” are in force on 5 October 2026, the deadline will be postponed in line with the announcement’s specified arrangements.

Shareholders electing RMB should ensure they maintain an appropriate RMB-denominated bank account. Beijing Enterprises Water’s adherence to the submitted authorization will discharge the company from further liability in connection with the dividend payment.
