LX Technology completes HKD 1.74 million on-market share buyback; treasury stock climbs to 7.61 million shares

LX Technology Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 90,000 ordinary shares on 16 September 2026, spending HKD 1.74 million in aggregate. The shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 18.91 and HKD 19.57, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 19.38 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.026% to 345.65 million, while treasury shares increased to 7.61 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 353.26 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which allows LX Technology to repurchase up to 35.06 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now stand at 4.93 million shares, equivalent to 1.41% of the share base at the time the mandate was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares, expiring on 16 October 2026.
