The partnership has a total committed capital of RMB 321.61 million, of which Shanghai Moqin intends to contribute RMB 100.5 million as a limited partner, representing 31.2490% of the partnership's total committed capital.
The investment in the partnership is part of the company's strategic expansion plan, with the partnership set to focus on strategic emerging industries such as integrated circuits, aiming to identify high-quality assets in cutting-edge sub-sectors and strengthen upstream and downstream industry chain positioning.
