The buyback was executed at prices ranging from HKD 13.05 to HKD 13.20 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 13.10 and an aggregate outlay of approximately HKD 2.53 million.

Prior to the transaction, the company had 838.08 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 3.51 million shares held in treasury. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 841.59 million.

The buyback forms part of a broader mandate approved on 26 May 2026 that authorises the repurchase of up to 84.12 million shares, equivalent to 10% of the issued share capital at that time. Including the latest transaction, CONSUN PHARMA has repurchased 3.36 million shares under this mandate, accounting for 3.99% of the authorised limit.

In line with Hong Kong listing requirements, the company confirmed that the repurchase was duly authorised by its board, executed in compliance with all applicable regulations, and funded from its internal resources. Pursuant to listing rules, CONSUN PHARMA is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring any treasury shares until 16 October 2026.
