A series of activities for the 2026 National Cybersecurity Awareness Week were recently organized in Ningjin County, Hebei Province, under the theme "Cybersecurity for the People, Cybersecurity by the People—Safeguarding the Intelligent Era."

During the awareness week, various departments in Ningjin County worked collaboratively to expand the reach of their campaigns through multi-channel approaches, organizing promotional and educational activities that brought cybersecurity knowledge into enterprises and schools.

Through engaging formats such as special lectures, educational video screenings, and the distribution of informational materials, the events focused on key areas including personal information protection, defense against online fraud, artificial intelligence safety, and data security. These initiatives were designed to enhance the public's awareness of cybersecurity risks and improve their practical response capabilities.

Moving forward, Ningjin County plans to continue innovating its cybersecurity awareness strategies by delivering targeted campaigns tailored to different demographic groups.
