ZJ Innolight Buys Back 229,000 A-Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 4.04 Million

ZJ Innolight Co., Ltd. executed a share buyback on 15 September 2026, repurchasing 229,000 A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from RMB 867.00 to RMB 872.77, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately RMB 869.84 per share. Total cash consideration amounted to RMB 199.19 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.11 billion, down from 1.11 billion previously, representing a marginal reduction of 0.021%. Treasury shares increased to 4.04 million, while total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 1.12 billion.

Management confirmed that the repurchase was authorised by the board, conducted in accordance with Shenzhen Stock Exchange regulations and the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and that all procedural and regulatory requirements have been met.
