Skyworth Group Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s investor relations website (investor.skyworth.com) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). In line with the amended Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company has formally adopted an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default but remain available free of charge upon request.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications of future corporate communications must provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until an email address is registered, shareholders will need to check the company and HKExnews websites proactively for new publications.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials can obtain them by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or by emailing SkyworthGroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The company will dispatch printed versions promptly upon receipt of a valid request.

Queries regarding the new dissemination arrangements should be directed to SkyworthGroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
