MACAU LEGEND (01680) has announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$359 million, a decrease of 5.21% compared to the previous year. The annual loss amounted to HK$1.566 billion, which widened by 151.58% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was HK$2.51.
According to the announcement, the significant increase in loss was primarily due to a substantial impairment loss of approximately HK$1.132 billion. This impairment was recognized on the value of the Fisherman's Wharf operation in Macau, following the non-renewal of a service agreement by SJM Resorts after its expiry on March 31, 2025, and the subsequent early termination on November 13, 2025.
