On 16 September 2026, Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited repurchased 218,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD1.19 to HKD1.21 per share, for a total consideration of HKD0.26 million. The volume-weighted average price for the transaction was approximately HKD1.20.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled; however, cancellation had not yet taken place as of the reporting date. The company’s issued share capital therefore remained unchanged at 2.08 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.
Including the latest purchase, Zhou Hei Ya has bought back 10.47 million shares since the current mandate was approved on 10 June 2026. This represents 0.50 % of the company’s issued shares as at the mandate date and utilises 4.96 % of the 211.29 million-share limit authorised by shareholders.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Zhou Hei Ya is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 16 October 2026 following the latest buyback.
The board confirmed that all repurchases were conducted in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and that there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement filed on 20 April 2026.
