Superland Group: No Share Capital Changes in June; Public Float Remains Compliant

For the month ended 30 June 2026, Superland Group Holdings Limited reported no movements in either its authorised or issued share capital, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 8 July 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

Issued share capital also held steady at 800.00 million ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period, and there were no new share issuances, repurchases, or redemptions.

Superland confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement as of the month-end.

No share options were outstanding or exercised under the 16 June 2020 share option scheme, and the company reported no warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other equity-linked instruments in issue.
