Sterling Group Holdings Limited (STERLING GP-NEW; announced 7 August 2026) has uploaded its 2026 Annual Report, shareholder circular, Notice of Meeting and proxy form (“Current Corporate Communications”) to both the corporate website (www.sterlingapparel.com.hk) and the HKEX market website (www.hkexnews.hk). English and Chinese versions are available simultaneously, and shareholders are encouraged to review the web editions.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies—or who encounter any difficulty accessing electronic files—may request printed versions at no charge by completing the accompanying Request Form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1825-ecom@vistra.com. Shareholders opting for electronic distribution should provide an active email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a functional email is on record, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched.
