JEP Holdings announced on Sep, 14 2026 that it is assessing the feasibility of transferring its listing to the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

The company said no decision has been made and there is no certainty that the move will proceed. Any transfer would require approval from the board as well as regulatory clearances from SGX-ST and other authorities.

Management issued the statement after a media report on Sep, 11 2026 suggested the firm’s majority shareholder, UMS, was considering a Mainboard listing for the subsidiary. JEP Holdings pledged to provide further updates should material developments arise and advised investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
