HONY MEDIA (00419) has announced that its indirect subsidiary, Inobo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., has recently entered into strategic cooperation agreements with several robotics companies, including Uditech (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., Suzhou Pangolin Robot Co., Ltd., Chongqing Keenon Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Changsha Wanwei Robot Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yongli Information Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as the partner robotics companies).
Under these agreements, all parties will leverage the partner companies' commercial service robot hardware products alongside the Group's AIROBO robot operation platform to jointly drive the adaptation, testing, deployment, and large-scale operation of robotic products across communities, industrial parks, buildings, commercial spaces, and urban scenarios. The collaboration aims to create an integrated intelligent solution for mobile commercial service robots that combines robot hardware, artificial intelligence capabilities, operation platforms, and on-site scenario-based operational services, while jointly building demonstration-worthy robot application projects to promote the standardization and scalable development of cooperative products and solutions.
The Group's AIROBO robot operation platform focuses on two fronts: on one side, it partners with property management, industrial park, and urban space operators to advance real-world robot applications; on the other, it continuously establishes collaborations with robotics companies that possess mature product capabilities, connecting an ever-growing array of robots across different brands and functions, enabling them to enter communities, parks, buildings, commercial spaces, and broader city-level scenarios.
