The board of Sihuan Pharmaceutical has issued a formal notice confirming that the company’s Interim Report 2026 is now available on both the corporate website (www.sihuanpharm.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders can access the document by navigating to the “Investor Relations” section of Sihuan Pharmaceutical’s homepage and selecting “Financial & ESG Reports – Interim Report 2026.”

For future disclosures, the company will send bilingual (English and Chinese) e-mail or postal notifications on the publication date of each new corporate communication. Investors are encouraged to provide their e-mail addresses to the relevant intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or CCASS participants—to facilitate electronic delivery. If no functional e-mail or postal address is on record, no notification will be dispatched.

Non-registered holders wishing to obtain a printed copy of the Interim Report 2026 must complete and return the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Postage is free for returns mailed within Hong Kong. Submission of the form will also serve as an instruction to receive all future corporate communications in hard copy.
